Martinez Construction Services was brought into the SPC fold November of 2001. The operation was secured by way of an asset purchase from the original owners. Two of the three owners are still an integral part of our operation, employed as pipe fitter foreman.

MCS is a DBA (doing business as). Stevens Painton Corporation carries our insurance, financing, and bonding.

Our main office is located at 3812 Old Railroad Road, Sandusky, Ohio. The office space is rented and includes modest indoor warehousing and outside storage facilities (trailers). We perform our pipe fabrication either on-site or at SPC's Lorain, OH facility.

The MCS staff includes two (2) estimators / project managers, an office manager, a shop expediter, and a part-time driver. We have been supplemented by CDMG for project management support as required.

We utilize a computer estimating program (Quickpen) at our Sandusky office. It is an exceptional tool best used on designed bid packages (i.e. drawings).

Martinez services a variety of long term clients, performing licensed installations for plumbing systems, process piping, utility work, HVAC, pressure systems, and other related services.
