Stevens Painton Corporation integrates our project controls and management systems to provide the neccessary quantity and cost relationships. Stevens Painton Corporation Project Control System (SPCPCS) links our project information and scheduling to provide our managers with important and timely information throughout the project.

Controlling the project and monitoring the execution of the work is the single most important activity in delivering a successful project to the client.

At Stevens Painton Corporation we provide a basis to our Project Managers and Superintendents to successfully execute construction projects. That basis includes technical support, Safety Program(s), Quality support, administration and purchasing procedures, and financial reporting and forecasting.

The summation, analysis and reporting of each of these project activities are the Project Control team’s responsibility. They confirm that the project information is accumulated and reported on a timely manner, and in turn this information is presented to Senior Managers with appropriate and specific comments.

Stevens Painton Corporation and it’s affiliate company’s have performed industrial projects for over 50 years, including large capital and repair projects and small maintenance and operation support projects.

The majority of our work has been self perform construction so we know how to set up and track a project.

We have established formal procedures for managing and controlling our projects, and have refined these procedures regularly, based on input from Continental Design and their Construction Management Group and our association with professional organizations including the Construction Industry Institute (CII).

Our Control Program assures that the required project procedures are being utilized, and we continuously monitor and report on project costs, productivity, schedule and contract.

Stevens Painton Corporation utilizes Primevera to develop our Project Schedule.

We then take the information available from the Master Schedule and break the project down into work areas and productivity costs and quantities.

The baselines are established from the Project Cost Estimate and reported upon periodically to report progress.

Forecasting is updated based on productivity achieved to date and is reported using productivity to date information.
